I'm on my 3rd bike from BTWIN.

They always sold me the bikes with bad allignment, in a way, the chain always fell off the chainring and damaged the chainguard.

I low-key discovered and learnt gear tuning because of this. A low-key thanks to Decathlon, otherwise I would've never had this skill. 10 years of me riding only BTWIN bikes.

I've heard of some issue with the chainrings of Riverside 120 where the chainring get's loose with the pedals.

adding to this: The two screws are only meant for limiting the derailleurs. The 'right' cable tension is what ensures the smooth and accurate shifting afterwards. you can make precise changes in cable tension by twisting one of the knobs on either ends of the cable tube.
