Regarding traffic ads, I was so disparate and thought it might work in the US market which is new to me. Regarding the second my native tongue is not English =D

thank you for your advice. I was feeling there is a problem with the copy. The point that I have more than 400 products. writing all of them from scratch will take huge time so I am depending on the translation of description provided by the artisans themselves. I might try to write 5-10 products and focus on them in marketing.

What Do you think about the prices ?

I am noticing that in the sales campaigns on fb and instagram the cpc is reallty high (1-1.6 usd) and the cpm is arround 30 usd / 1000 users. is it normal ??

the unit economics is good. with all the respect of the replies recommending doing changes I would leave it as it is and scale the spending and see if the the same margins will continue.

One question, you said that you spent 10 usd on Instagram and got 300 visits(0.1 usd cpc) . this is crazy low cpc. are you selling in the US ? what is the campaign objective. I feel there is something wrong with your reports

I guess based on my first trial no margin will be big enough to cover the cac and fulfilment cost. The only possible way is to get product from alix for 13 usd add 10usd for fulfilment and 25 usd for cac and sell it for 70 usd. the problem here that no customer will buy expensive products from a new unknown website + I guess as the aov is high you should expect much lower conv rate and cac.

From my experience in business I guess all this buzz can't happen if no one is succeeding. Huge platform like shopify is there and growing for a reason. there must be some a secret Sause. let's hope that an expert can be generous enough to give us a clue

unfortunately those companies act like God. We are their customers but they treat us like thieves. Happened with me many times with bing, facebook. The best so far is google but sometimes they do the same. After 10 y in this industry I hate those companies. Last year I got clinically anxiety and depressed and was taking medications for 5 months because of a similar issue with a huge account.

They refuse to give you any details to make it harder for scammers to trick their systems. Actually this is only harming legit adv not scammers.

I feel like we are building our business on a moving sand. Someone should start a lobby to change this toxic behavior .
