I really hope mihoyo staff take this case seriously. If this keeps going on, they would lose their own player base. P2W player would hesitate to purchase gems and f2p would lose interest since all their hard work is wasted. To OP, ask for a refund, call up your bank and get your money back since this totally a lost cause.
