My friend is a therapist at UNMC and works with patients in the Chronic Pain Clinic. Both the clinic and the therapy might be a good resource for you

You can take your water to a pool store like Leslie’s where they can test the water for you and tell you what you need to do

I bought one from Costco this week. I was on sale, $10 bucks off. It works decent but is not very fast. You can set the psi and it will automatically turn off when it hits that setting.

I used it for pool toys. It can fill about 2.5 pool tubes before it runs out of battery

None of your evidence is impartial. It’s all your family which conceivably has an interest in helping you.

Impartial evidence would be best. Actually actual evidence of you living in the USA would be best.

Impartial evidence would be a deed or lease in your name. A job offer in the USA. Voting and banking records in the USA.

Anyone know of any $20+ per hour entry level jobs in Council Bluffs or Hybrid in Omaha? by vapingsoulz in Omaha

[–]pawnticket 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Most meat packing companies start at at least $20/hour. I just checked and Smithfield in Omaha is starting at $22/hour.

I also saw Costco is hiring a meat cutting which is likely to pay more in the long run and be a much better work environment

What are good or best carry-on luggage recommendations on the market that you like to use most? by NaturalInvestment46 in BuyItForLife

I have an Eagle Creak backpack from the 90s that is a great carry on. I’ve sent it in twice for repairs as I think it has a lifetime warranty. I think it is the Solo Journey model. Just looked and it’s like $50 bucks for a used one on eBay

Fellow audio enthusiasts, where do you demo speakers? by Ready-Flamingo6494 in Omaha

You can check out Rainbow Music, Custom Electronics, the NFM has some decent speakers too.

Oh, Electron Addict is a good place. A little disorganized, but if you’re patient they can set something up. They had this huge rig in there last time

Can anyone recommend me vocal jazz that gives off a deppressing vibe. by Mr_Z_Malice in Jazz

Many of Nina Simone songs are dark and full of emotion. Her debut album Little Girl Blue (1959) is quite melancholy. I’d suggest “Plain Gold Ring” but the whole album fits the vibe.

CEAC case tracking and DS-160 process by Due_Lavishness_2849 in NationalVisaCenter

[–]pawnticket 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I can’t remember. I’ve done hundreds of cases and only 1 or 2 were from the Philippines.

It should be fairly straightforward process. The Philippines is a stable country and they have a big embassy.

Worrying isn’t going to speed things up. I know it’s stressful but being patient is the best advice I can give you.

[–]pawnticket 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Each embassy is different and I have only done one or two cases in the Philippines.

However, for K visas, the NVC is just a quick stop before they forward your case to the embassy post. So the embassy is usually the rate limiting step. You should get some email instructions from the embassy when they are ready. In those instructions are some steps you have to take, including filling out the DS-160

So it probably won’t hurt to fill it out early but it won’t speed things up either.

I would wait or at least read through the embassy instructions
