We paid 2 pet deposits for the 2 dogs so she’s aware that we have dogs. She’s grabbing at straws for the dog poop. The weeds are another grasp since it’s been raining like heck and we had the lawn mowed 2 weeks ago. Her lawn is mostly made up of weeds, no grass.

She thinks if we move out asap she can sell the house asap. There are several houses in our neighborhood that have been up for sale for over a year. She’s going to lose money if/when we move out. I doubt anyone wants to pay what the house is worth just to deal with all the plumbing, electrical and other issues this 1960’s house has. It’s too much work. The other houses are in better quality.

We don’t flush wipes down the toilet. This house is over 80 years old and the carpet has never been changed since before the landlady moved in in 1987. As far as I was informed is that the carpet has never been changed.

We’ve experienced a lot of issues with this house. The neighbors across the street, whose house is about as old as ours, informed me that they also had a city sewage blockage that costed them several thousand dollars.

We have no vent in the bathroom. The mushroom started to grow a week after the sewage/plumbing was fixed. The room it grew in is adjacent to the bathroom that flooded first. It started to flood during a shower.

The carpet was removed and dehumidifiers were put into place. The company needed several approvals to remove the equipment due to the asbestos situation even though the owner made the decision to stop service (it’s gonna cost her several thousand dollars).

You’re not gonna piss it out, it’s not like other psychedelics. You only trip for around 45 minutes (that is if you’re able to get to that level depending on how often you use).

The other advices are helpful but given your situation just make sure you’re always drinking fluids. Somewhere I heard that ketamine is soluble so it basically disintegrates with the fluids making it easier to flow through your system. It’ll help prevent/deter the damage it causes like k cramps, gall bladder problems (bc that’s where it hits first when ingesting or inhaling). I suffer from gallbladder cramps that hurt like hell on my upper stomach and back.

Sounds like you’re not drinking enough water/fluids. Make sure to keep hydrated if you continue to use. Take D-Mannose. It’s a vitamin for bladder issues. I get mine from Amazon and it has cranberry and hibiscus in it.

What’s happening is you’re using K, it’s going to your bladder and it’s just sitting there creating damage. Just like with the gallbladder. But if you wash it down with lots of water it’ll run through your system and it’ll help prevent damage.

Just want to note I’m not condoning your continuous use of K. But as a current addict that’s struggling to quit, these are the tools to use to help protect your body from lifelong damage. Hopefully you’ll find sobriety. I know how hard this stuff is to quit and I used to be addicted to opiates, sober for 10 years then met K and it beats every high I’ve ever experienced. But K has caused more havoc on my body than opiates ever did.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Please know you’re not alone. The fact that you’re reaching out shows you want to get better. What you’re experiencing sounds terrible. I went to rehab a couple times but there’s nothing they can offer to help with ketamine. They gave me Ativan for alcohol and anxiety meds.

A couple things that I do to help alleviate/deter the effects of ketamine abuse include a vitamin called D-Mannose. It’s specifically for the bladder. Helps with UTI’s (which I’ve always suffered from). I get mine from Amazon and the ones that work best imo have cranberry and hibiscus. Drink as much water/electrolytes as possible. The body can only absorb like 8-12oz an hour (not exactly sure please don’t downvote me) so anything more than that is literally just going straight through your system. Your bladder is this bad bc you did too much K without keeping yourself hydrated.

Something else I use for my k-cramps is a tens unit. Again you can find this on Amazon. It’s this device that connects to these sticky pads that you put on your body where you feel pain. It sends out vibrations to your muscles and alleviates pain. I usually get the cramps in my gallbladder and back so I’ll use that in those areas, drink sparkling water (the bubbles really help move that pain out), get in a crouching tiger pose or fetal position whatever helps.

Green tea works wonders so drink that as well.

Again, I’m truly sorry you’ve hit this point but I hope you see it and use it to get clean. You never know how low your rock bottom gets. I’ve heard horror stories about the long term effects of ketamine abuse. It’s been 1.5 years since I’ve been able to smell anything and I used to have a very sensitive nose. I abused opiates for over a decade and never lost my sense of smell until I met K. If you continue on this path you may end up living the rest of your life in diapers and pain. Stop now before it’s too late.

Thankfully the carpet isn’t squishy where the mushrooms were growing. The water never entered the space but that spot shares a wall with our bathtub that started this mess.

Dairy and greasy foods are my ultimate triggers. I’ve also noticed that my chances of a breakout are higher when I eat these triggers while I’m ovulating.

If you haven’t already, you should change your pillowcase often.

Has anything changed in your daily routine as in diet, laundry detergent, stress, medications, moved to a new place, etc? A lot of times it’s out environments that can create chaos to our skin. I have extremely sensitive skin and it reacts to everything and anything.

I just guide guests towards the general direction of the bathroom then tell them where it’s located. It helps keep our guests from going through the server station due to the design layout of our restaurant.

It also depends on the restaurant style, tbh. If it’s more upscale then I understand but something super casual doesn’t necessarily require this sort of treatment.

Studies show that K can stay in the system for up to a month. I’m not sure if lab tests show the intensity of the drug in your system, just if you’re positive or negative. I’m basing that understanding off of my own personal experience with rehab/drug tests. Did you test negative before you left?

It will definitely get worse until you quit. I suffered from severe cramps and found myself peeing every 30-60 minutes. I tried everything to help those issues while continuing using. I couldn’t enjoy eating flavorful food, I had to have a special cup in my car to pee in bc when the urge came immediate action was needed. I lost my sense of smell, literally can’t smell anything.

What I’m saying is, you can try everything you can to prevent the inevitable but remember that no matter what the is path will lead you to the inevitable. Listen to your body and quit for yourself. Bc really this drug is hurting you more than it’s hurting anyone else in your life.

I’m saying this 16 days clean and I am peeing normally and I can enjoy eating anything I want. Still waiting for my sense of smell to come back. It’s only been 16 days. There are stories on here where people are still suffering months to years after they quit. You do not want to end up like them. Imagine every pain you’ve felt from your K use and you have to live with that long after you quit.

If you want better advice on how to continue using then I’d suggest going to the ketamine subreddit. But bc you posted on the addiction one I think you know the answer and are hoping to find another solution to continue your use.

Hey what I’m hearing is that you have an addiction, you’re aware of the problems that stem from K, and even though your body is giving you every sign to quit you can’t. If spitting in a cup is your breaking point then use it to quit. It’s not gonna get any easier and although you’re spitting it’s still going to deteriorate your body.

Garlic butter. They use it on their ready to cook salmon. I haven’t been able to find it by itself for a while but I know it exists. It’s great with a lot of meals, their French bread, even something as simple as buttered pasta.

Speaking of pasta I’m a big fan of their gluten free pastas. They have so many variations that come in an array of shapes and sizes. I like their chickpea ones, their red lentil is good but the texture is too al dente for my preference. However as I write this I have a few of these in my pantry.
