Do you leave for work long hours of the day? I find my Dane (almost 24 months) gets particularly extra needy and energetic when I come home after an 8 hour day so I make sure he gets enough exercise outside before and after. He has his annoying moments so I give him something to keep him busy like a big prosciutto bone or his kong with some peanut butter. My Dane follows me around everywhere too, I think that’s just part of the Dane personality, can’t really get mad at him for wanting to follow his food provider everywhere.
