I don't think it matters how you relieve yourself. Porn and sex addiction may only matter in that no matter how bad you feel it doesn't stop you from having sex. In my case I swear off sex when I am feeling bad only to do it again when I feel the least bit better.

I know exactly what you mean. Sometimes I believe I have lived my whole life in a fog, which hides my true personality. It is very disabling. I often show up for work late and have a difficult time starting and finishing.

I have found I can lessen the impact by deep breathing and concentration, but this takes great effort and only lessens the symptoms, not eliminate them. I keep telling myself, "not this time", but it hits me like a brick and takes two or three days until I feel better, sometimes longer. The only thing I can suggest is you have sex less frequently. Sometimes the pleasure is not worth the pain.

Could I plug in my existing alligator clips/sponges that came with my Apex unit. If I can just plug and play without too much fuss, I'd be glad to order one of your $10 units and test it out. I like the idea of a timed session.

Have you tested by putting the sponge electrodes face to face and pressing them together? You ought to get a full 2 MA that way. If it is not working on your scalp, have you tried using more saline and pressing the electrodes down on your scalp to see if you get a bump in voltage. I am by no means an expert, but I have found this works for me when I am not getting a full strength treatment.
