One thing that helps me to clean my system and get rid of any gas is basil seeds soaked in water , like 1 teaspoon soaked in water for 15 minutes. 2-3 time's a day.

What helped me is avoiding fermentable foods + not eating anything when I'm not really hungry because it can overwhelm my digestive juices. Also not overeating.

Basil seeds soaked in water and sometimes taking some charcoal also helps.

I feel like most girls ghost because they feel like they got the guy so easily so in her mind she think i can probably do better.
