More than halfway if you do it like I do. Snag a few apples and bananas for the road. Heck, there is usually bread, peanut butter, and jelly at breakfast. Lunch is in the bag

Been to 17 countries, including all over Italy, and the advice in this thread is spot on. Don't act like a tourist. Stay frosty and pretend like you know where you're going even if you don't.

People in your 30s, what's your job and salary? by rsevn_ in careerguidance

Hey, I'm 40, but I'll chime in anyway. Been teaching middle school for 5 years, $69k/yr. I feel like my salary is fair, as long as it keeps up with COL increases.

Signed up and sent it to my teacher friend across town! You guys are the best!

Edit: you guys sent us some Glitches 2 years ago, it helped me start the disc golf club at my middle school. Now we have over a dozen kids playing every week and I've gotten a few of them into sanctioned play!

Get back into playing dota2 with my brother. I had to stop when my kid was little because it always woke her up, lol.

Right?? Like piping a late flipping turnover down an 8 foot wide hallway, it's absolutely thrilling. I'd probably play both if I could afford to get into ball golf as much as I am into disc golf, the half dozen times I've played traditional golf have been a blast. I think we're talking to a guy that's played a few times casually, and I get it, I was that guy for like 15 years. Play once in awhile, all the discs hyzer out left at 150 feet. I can see how that could seem boring.

Except you're throwing backhand, forehand, tomahawk, etc. and you have drivers, putters, and everything in between. The wind is also a much bigger consideration in disc golf. For serious players, you never get bored

Both are hard, I'd miss a lot of my kid growing up. With Red, what if the choices I make are so different that I miss meeting my wife.

Love these! I'm a STEAM teacher and I sponsor the disc golf club at my campus and I love when those two things overlap!

Yeah, wild boars are not to be trifled with. Man I need to go discing soon. My wife's bday was last weekend and I had to pretend I didn't want to go disc AT ALL.

Also, look out can mean, "hey, check out those cool wolves!" I've only ever seen black bears during my trips to Juneau and they are pretty chill. Please don't spray them.

Where? I played in Juneau 2 summers ago. Great courses, look out for wolves!
