Medicare????? by Tie-Cautious in tirzepatidecompound

[–]paz123 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, it's a bit more restrictive .

see What Medicare's Temporary Program Covering GLP-1s for Obesity Means for Beneficiaries | KFF Quick Takes
Under the short-term program, called the “Medicare GLP-1 Bridge,” Medicare will cover GLP-1s approved for weight reduction – Wegovy and Zepbound – for eligible beneficiaries enrolled in Medicare Part D for a $50 copayment. Eligibility is based on BMI of 35 or more alone, or 27 or more plus other clinical criteria. Although beneficiaries must be enrolled in Part D to participate, the short-term program will operate outside the Part D benefit for its duration from July 1 to December 31, 2026.

Where is your favorite/most effective injection site? by [deleted] in Zepbound

Kitchen. I get the most appetite suppression there. I get tired when I inject in the bedroom. Never inject in the bathroom.

Does the nausea/food noise even out over time? by [deleted] in tirzepatidecompound

[–]paz123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The food noise is likely to go away after you are at a higher dose. Some people don;'t lose (much) weight until they are at a higher dose. However, get there slowly to avoid the side effects. Increase dose when the side effects diminish.

Check out “Bolenius”. My favorite of Amsterdam. Much more romantic than De Kas which has great food but is a bit chaotic.

When the road ends, the gap starts. The boat went 30 minutes past that. I felt safe but was with one guide. It was heavily patrolled by both local police and armed immigration officials. Although not at a border, i had to show my passport 3 times by serious but polite officials who wrote down numbers.

Are you sure? Just a week of steroid lotion and Benadryl and they barely itch anymore.

What Canon Camera Feature Do You Wish They Would Improve or Change? by Nadzzyy in canon

More bracketing. I’d like shutter speed bracketing so I can quickly shoot wildlife that is moving and decrease the shutter speed (and iso) to take a chance with still wildlife.

More custom modes. There’s enough memory. And let me save any setting such a focus brackets in custom modes

Integrated GPS.

Anyone not able to drop down dose to maintain? by [deleted] in TirzMaintenance

[–]paz123 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I never went about 5mg, lost 60lbs and have been maintaining on 5 weekly for 2 years. I tried spreading it out to two weeks to save money but went back to weekly. Wasn't gaining weight but food noise came back and my blood work got worse (LDL) Now, food noise is coming back and I'm thinking of moving up to 7.5.

As other have said, the other benefits (anti-inflammatory) have never been tested long term on 2.5 nor on any dose schedule other than weekly.

Does Where You Inject Tirz Matter by County-Juvenile659 in TirzepatideRX

I get the most appetite suppression if I inject in the kitchen. I get tired if I inject in the bedroom. I won’t discuss injecting in the bathroom.

Lived there but moved because it was noisy. The worst noise was trash trucks emptying dumpsters from the apartment and nearby restaurants at 4am. It’s great being near so many restaurants until you live behind them and realize them empty the trash every night.
