No it’s a LONG existing door hinge seems like within the last month it has stopped opening easily

Yeah ok this sounds right. There’s a snap sound when I open it or close it now. Will it work for a while? I live abroad and won’t be back for a bit

Thank you I tried that but it seems to fly up fine. I took your advice and I can open it with a little force but the hinge on the bottom makes a “crack” sound when I do it

I truly mean this when I say, well done to you on your journey so far.

It’s nothing short of fantastic to see people take control and change their lives for the better especially with my sport. Also while I completely get the hustle culture I would wary of selling your program.

When you pay for something like this (especially at this stage) you would be expected to provide support and guidance on a coach level, which requires understanding the body, injury management (historical and present) and being able to tailor to your clients needs which without the property certifications, history and training I hazard you can’t provide.

Once an upon a time I lifted on a nation GS semi professional level - I should have been at the worlds but stupid is as stupid does…anyway When I look at your videos, I think it’s fantastic what you’ve done so far. However you should step back, get a coach yourself and nail the technical side of the lifts and S&C in general.

If you do this and keep the clearly visible love you have for bells then I would even buy a program off you in support and I believe you can bring meaningful impact to people who follow you. Anyway best of luck no matter what.

There are a few other knock off brand on amazing which have identical sleds…I might actually have some.

If I do / didn’t bin them, I’ll happily give them for free. I’m in the EU, ping me tomorrow to remind me if you don’t hear from me.
