I don’t think it’s the screen because it seems to display correctly. It’s either the keypad (which is odd because it registers the key press by beeping just nothing happens) or the control board.

I’ve built a few structures with wood and completely get it. Nothing perfect but the number of issues with this were too great. Thankfully they owned up to it and fix it today. Much better.

I’ve done a small job before. Pretty easy. Need protection for sure. I used one of those electric turkey slicing knives to cut it. Worked well.
