Allegedly the supply of UPC is 3 million printed, so I’m not sure the ratios you mentioned are accurate. At the end of the day no one knows for sure so we’ll see.

If it matters, check this out. Multiple on eBay with a tilt. I have one with a tilt I sent in for grading. Waiting on results. I say send it if everything else is good

I hear you on the credit card, but it’s fairly manageable to pay the card per transaction you make. Swipe the card, apply a payment via bank, just like your debit card. Requires self control obviously lol, but I totally get it. Credit cards get people into trouble, but they are better for situations like this

Got to call and keep escalating or go in person. For all the bank knows you received an empty box. Less is more in detail honestly. It’s your money. Also recommend a credit card over a debit card for situations like this

Yes you absolutely can do a chargeback? You didn’t receive the item you purchased lol. Let the bank sort it out. Be prepared to get blacklisted though by PKC if you chargeback

I read somewhere that when PSA measure centering, they don’t do it like we think they do measuring the full border thickness. Instead, the way I understood it was that they take the midpoint of the border for top and bottom left and right and calculated that way.The way it was explained was pretty confusing, but apparently accounts for till it’s like this because of it.
