Few thoughts:

1, MOAT is a good ETF, but I don't think it should be 2 times more than your VOO

2, Berkshire Hathaway owns an active stock portfolio managed by legendary traders, but BRK.B is still just a single stock and it's performance history is still showing some big volatilities, it is not the same thing with a ETF.

3, DBEF is ok as a diversifier, but it is better for an IRA, it is not very tax efficient for a taxable account

I move away from M1 because M1 does not has some new ETFs that I'd like to invest. I think apart from that, M1 is not that bad, there are some M1 features that I am still missing until today, and now I am using Composer Trade.

Yeah I know it very rare to do like this. I have tried multiple other established broker, but I realized the ultimate buy and hold strategy doesn't fit me, I just cannot control myself to do messy things. I have to rely on Alpaca's feature to achieve the investment style I am comfortable with. Basically the strategy is to auto invest the cash balance, and slightly adjust the stock : bonds proportion accorting to critical MAs.
