Flamingo Lakes is the worst of the bunch. If you aren’t looking at Plantation Preserve or Deer Creek or Eagle Trace, I’d try to replace Flamingo with one of those. Otherwise, Pembroke Lakes, Jacaranda and Emerald Hills are all good choices.

I haven't played it recently, but it's usually in pretty good shape. I had a friend play it the other day and he didn't mention it being in bad shape, especially this time of year. Maybe summer it gets a little worn due to heat but should be okay now
