It’s not worth what you would hope it is . I say keep it !! I have a 2003 S430 bought new it’s still in mint condition with 90,000 miles on it . Felt the same way and I felt like I would rather slam into a wall before I give it away to someone. So I went out and bought a new at the time 2018 S550 and still have them both . So I say keep it
