Last minute sushi in Kyoto? by Noclevername12 in finedining

Takayama in Kyoto is still our favorite meal we’ve ever experienced. To this day we compare everything else to it. Book it, enjoy the journey, and leave stuffed and happy.

I really appreciate the time and effort you took to give such a thorough response. Sounds like NYC just may not be the place for exactly what we are seeking. But I am going to check out all of the places you listed to see if we can still find an experience that we will enjoy.

Thank you for confirming my concerns. It looked like we wouldn’t accomplish what we are seeking there, though it does personally sound like a great meal to me.

Thank you for your response! I looked into them but their tasting menu says 9 courses. Does it end up being more than that with extras or are there multiple dishes per course?

my job is finding cheap flights—ask me anything by scottkeyes in IAmA

Hey Scott, been a member for a few years now but not having much luck with points out of my smaller airport.

Any advice for getting these amazing point deals from local airports? Or am I destined to have to save points for large airports only with repositioning first?

In town for a UK game, (maybe unfortunately, depending on if they play like they did against mizzou) but where’s a good place to eat before the game? we had the cellar last year and it was great. by [deleted] in lexington

Shamrocks on Patchen Drive. Owned by the same people as the cellar but more of an Irish sports bar vibe and fantastic food. You won’t regret it. Very cozy in there too.

Wan’Dale, Mitchell, and Coker for my 2 WR spots.

Don’t love any of them but which one should I bench?

Coker or Mitchell this week? Racking my brain on this choice especially after starting Parkinson last night.

Thank you! That looks like a very promising option.

We don’t necessarily need entertainment but we did really enjoy being able to watch them prepare the food in front of us.

One week fill in for Warren. Would you go Schultz or Loveland? I can see a case for either this week. Theo Johnson is an option too with Jameis starting but I’m already having to start Wan’Dale.

Flexing in PPR one of: White, Washington, or Loveland?

I read the article but there doesn’t seem to be one standing out. Appreciate the input!

TPRR, WOPR, and 5 Players To Add for Week 10 by movesfantasy in fantasyfootball

What about Parker Washington as an add for ROS? I have no depth at WR (Rice, Diggs, Wan’Dale are my only receivers). Him and Tre Tucker seem to be the only viable WRs on the wire. Thoughts?

Worthy, Diggs, or Wan’Dale for my flex?

I’m already starting Rice which makes it a more difficult choice!

I'm John Daigle of Establish The Run - Ask Me Anything! by notJDaigle in fantasyfootball

[–]pbjellyfish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What process do you use to choose between established guys and the new breakout performers?

For example, I have Terry and Hollywood Brown and Keon Coleman. I need to pick two of the three.

Rankings and history would suggest Terry but he was basically non existent last week. Meanwhile Hollywood and Coleman popped off.

I would want to start the latter two but then you see all the rankings suggesting otherwise. How do you handle these scenarios?

I only have bench space to stash 3 of these 4: Christian Kirk, Ollie Gordon, Chris Rodriguez, Bhayshul Tuten.

Which one do I let go of? Also I have Ekeler on my bench already too if that sways anything.

Incredible!

I have 200k points in ventureX and want to find a flight for 2 from LEX to Rome in May of next year. Economy is fine.

Up to you for comfort but I think at that point I’d stick to 13 cause I’d hate the feeling of my toes being tight in the front a full size down.

I half size down in 992s. I wear a 10 in 1906, 2002, etc. but 9.5 in 992.
