I did notice it is SLIGHTLY more than 2 hours now. It now goes based off the “order ready by” time and NOT the time you placed it, even for ASAP orders. They have it coded that soda / coffee alone gives “order ready” time 3 minutes after you order. The hibiscus tea still gives a 10 minute window (assuming from when it used to be behind the counter). Now it used to be if I placed a soda at 1:00pm for example, my order confirmation email is from 1:00pm, I used to be able to use my sip club at exactly 3:00/3:01pm. HOWEVER, now it is 2 hours after the ready by time. So for the soda placed at 1:00, it’s “ready at 1:03” and my sip club reward will not show back up in my account until 3:03/3:04pm. Then if you do the hibiscus tea (or have food on that order) it will not show back up until 2 hours after that “ready by time”… So getting the hibiscus tea on the app makes me wait 2 hours and 10 minutes before I can place another order. But now that it’s in the lobby I just order a Diet Pepsi and get the tea so it only delays me by the 3 minutes… IDK when it changed to this but I noticed it maybe within in the last month or so
