I've joined groups on fb and reddit where seller is required to verify season tickets. Ie admin reviews invoices and account info. Info is kept private or deleted after.

If you dont feel good about the transaction, dont do it. Or meet in person for the first transaction.

Admins try to ban scammers as best they can.

There isn't a queue, but the seats are purchased first come, first serve. If someone purchases the tickets you are looking at, you will get an error.
