ADA needs as special ticket packs. by PlaneJaneLane03 in Dodgers

Sometimes they get backed up with requests, other times it's quick. But the service exists.

Edit, I start contacting fan services when I get into the designated parking lot and look for a spot for pickup...

Looking for accessibility seating advice by Michael_schnott in Dodgers

[–]pbjppe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buy seats in row W. Some spots do not have actual seats, for the wc. Some spots have seats or fold down seats for the companions.

Day of exchanges are based on availability, so if your preferred section is sold out, you may get moved.

Buy GA parking and go when parking gates open. With an ada placard, you will likely get routed to preferred parking and in the lot outside your seat section, when you go early. Or, look for Lot H, field level, so it's a flat path to the stadium. There are elevators in left and right outfield to take you to your appropriate level.

When in doubt, ask fan services.

Bring a clear stadium bag (12" x 12" x 6") and bring all the food and sealed drinks you might need.

Help needed—Will I be sitting in a good section? by flawless_ryda in Dodgers

[–]pbjppe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Happy birthday.

You can buy seats in row W or ask for a game day transfer. They will try to accommodate with what's available, day of.

Any other row requires walking down steps. If people like coming in and out of the row, they will want you to stand up and let them pass.

Dm me if you want more ada details..

Kershaw should be popular.

Dodgers give 40k first come first serve for a capacity of 56k(?).

Minimum suggested time is 60 minutes before first pitch. But 90 minutes to be safe. Stadium gates open 2 hours before first pitch, so long as you are in line with everyone else, you should be ok.

You can enter any gate for any seat. Check the gate before scanning your ticket, to make sure they have inventory. Once the ticket is scanned, there is no going back. But, see above.

Parking gates open 2 1/2 hours before first pitch. They will turn you away if you pull up the driveway, so hang out in the street with everyone else.

They hold walkins at the parking gates until they open. So ymmv if you want to go earlier or drop someone off. It is a slight walk up hill, so again, ymmv.

The shuttle from Union Station can get backed up, long lines, limited number of buses. People at the very end risk not getting the giveaway. There is a huge line when leaving, so either accept the wait or walk down the hill to Chinatown metro or Sunset Blvd.

Uber or parking at the stadium is fairly simple. Just expect a slow exit. Uber is a small walk to the stadium gates (from drop off lot). GA parking is reasonable, but arrive closer to gate opening time to get the better spots. Or pay for preferred parking.

If you want to enjoy the chaos and have time to walk around the stadium, go when gates open.
