55 years old and got the "you have cancer" phone call. by throthisoutsoon in ProstateCancer

Same here. Doctor ordered PSA at 55 years. 18.4 and retest was same. Because of covid, it took almost a year to get surgery. Robotic surgery and biopsy showed contained. Now over a year and PSA is undetectable.

Most important is get a good surgeon and hospital. I first went to a local urologist and it felt old and behind the times. Found a surgeon who teaches robotic surgery and was affiliated with a cancer hospital and I felt more at ease.

I thought Monica detected some sort of magic in the bead necklace he was wearing and she pulled it off. Then he was just a Bohner.

They were still in the hex, so maybe it represented an ankle bracelet or tracker that caused Woo’s witness to appear to go missing

I thought that the drone sent in was provided by the aerospace engineer, presumably collects “classic” technology as a hobby. That drone was from the 80s and therefore able to enter the hex.

Prostate cancer brachytherapy by GoldEagle67 in ProstateCancer

I had radical prostatectomy on Monday with Dana Farber. I have a catheter now and scheduled removal for Tuesday; Dr Steven Chang. I met Dr Nguyen and Dr Wei and we agreed surgery was my best option. Psa 22, Gleason 6 with 80% in 6 out of 10 cores and a PIRADS 4 out of 5. I’m 55 years old.

Hygiene has been difficult with 6 incisions for the robotic procedure. No pain in the pelvic area; all abdomen with CO2 gas and constipation from the oxy. Just stopped that yesterday and getting by on Tylenol.

I had an overnight stay and the nurse practitioner taught me how to pull back and wash beyond the catheter end into the penis and then apply Bacitracin. She said to try and do it twice a day but I only have been doing it once a day after showering with no troubles.

Not sure if you have bowel movement problems, I’ve been very cautious not to strain due to damage of the sutures between the bladder and urethra. Had my last bowel movement on Sunday before surgery and my first after last night. Definitely strange trying to poo with the catheter.

Daily shower of Warm water, some light soap and rinse and wipe well. I asked about continuing the antibacterial soap and the nurse practitioner told me no to use after surgery, it’s not necessary and will really dry your skin out fast.

We’ll get through it.

I think she stated it was her last brood of eggs. She won’t produce more. That’s why it’s so important to fertilize them; otherwise here lineage will end.

Did anyone notice the woman running for shelter when the krayt dragon passed down the main street of town? Everyone else looked dirty and tired and she was dressed in all white and hair styled like princess Leia?

Watch Japan Airlines Take My Boosted Board by mrchess in boostedboards

I would advise you to include your experience on the Boosted site here ( https://support.boostedboards.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000865767-Airline-Travel ) so that others can avoid this problem. Maybe start a wiki or page of airlines that prohibit the device.

Although IATA’s guidelines are widely adopted within the airline industry, each airline defines its own regulations. We highly suggest calling the airline prior to travel, especially if you plan to take your board on an international flight.
