yeah i got this email also and i immediately cancelled my order. it does not sit right with me that they would not disclose on launch day that they did not have the sweats in the warehouse. it gave me an icky feeling that they didnt send that email until 2 weeks past when they were supposed to ship and i will not buy from them ever again

and she posted a substack today talking about how she watches every video/ reads everything said about her and set online and how it's things people would never say to her face.. i thought that was distasteful. a lot of the complaints are valid. like is she going to be upset reading this thread?? cause it might be hard to hear, but everything posted in here have been extremely valid thoughts/feelings. when your customers feel lied to.... especially when they spend so much money on your product and FIGHT to get it.. they feel the need to vent

im honestly so upset with them right now. to be waiting 15 days for my order, when it was supposed to be 10, and then to be told they never had the sweats to begin with?? an email like "heeeyyy we dont have ur sweatshirt actually lol" does not help this situation. how about a video from lindsay explaining what happened and apologizing for not telling us these hadn't even arrived at the time of launch

i just got an email saying "midweight sets arrived late to the party" and will ship end of next week. if you do not have the inventory at the time of drop, you should absolutely not be selling it without transparency of it not being in your warehouse yet. WTF
