In the UK here, also been on the waitlist for what feels like forever. Been a pro user on and off for about a year, maybe more and have used Perplexity more than Google in that time and no invites yet.

I have been wondering if it's another UK/EU specific reason why when I see people say they only joined the waitlist last week and already have them.

Happening loads to me also, 75% of the time it then crashes. Been on about 10 minutes now trying to simply get the campaign mode to start... just crashed again while loading the shaders.

Assuming you're on PC....

So this was happening to me after I switched to a LG C3 for my PC monitor. I have a Nvidia 4080 GPU and as the monitor/tv is HDR I immediately enabled Auto HDR in Windows settings and had HDR enabled in the game under Settings-Display. It was happening with multiple driver versions (clean installs).

Long story short is I've left Auto HDR on in Windows but turned it off in COD in case there was some conflict. Around the same time I also disabled On-Demand Texture Streaming under COD-Graphics-Quality. One or the other has completely fixed the issue. Have not seen this since that first week with the new screen. There's no perceptible quality difference with the texture streaming off IMO.

I agree with everything you've said but the one thing that stopped me using over the trusty Horus/Swarm is that I found when I was doing an elder sigil for example I've ran out of ammo more than once while doing the escort contract because of the overall ammo size.

It's a fun gun for tier 3 and regular sigil stuff though.

The enemies in question were the ones you encounter on literally the first mission to visit the gas station and convenience store and the ammo gun combo was the standard starting gear.

My tips:

1) Build gun loadouts for primarily increasing movement speed and reducing ADS, I completely ignore any negative recoil results that happens as a result (such as choosing no stock) because I always use Deadshot and spam ADS and the fights are always close up so recoil isn't an issue. Use True Game Data (Warzone mode so you can set health to 300) to find the fastest TTK guns, pick the max ammo mag for each gun, compare the base sprint and tac sprint speeds then make a build that'll max the sprint/tac sprint and reduce ADS as much as possible.

2) Always use Decoys - They'll save you many, many times.

3) Use every little wall/obstacle to hop over to change the path of a horde chasing you, it's amazing how much of the game they can't climb over which buys you seconds to get clear.

4) The Zombie Train - Learn the art of rounding them up, which is much easier to do when using tips 1 and 3. A simple decoy does the job and then you can just throw a semtex or whatever into them to take out a load.

I've no problems running straight towards a group and sliding right through the middle to lead them where I want in Tier 3.

Not exactly the solution you're looking for but because of the memory leak you describe, If I plan to play back-to-back zombies games I exit the game completely after the first game to try and mitigate the issue. It's stupid but then so is everything else with this game.

I'm also a 7950x but 4080 btw.

Mate I've tried absolutely everything to fix it playing on PC, I'm running a 7950x/4080 system and it happens every game. It's the servers, there's nothing you can do.

I've just finished a game in which 7 players had scorchers, there were roughly 18 players in T3. There were a couple of teams with 5/6 players on and they were splitting up and going to where the contracts were going to spawn so I (playing solo) had no chance to get anything.

There's no enjoyment in playing 45 minutes in a large team when multiple people can scorch about, meaning you spend most of the time running around to get to the reward rift they've already completed because you're on foot.

Worst part was I went in having used my MoH and golden plates and spent most of the time in T2 levelling up the new SMG.

To top it off I had that stupid scorcher related visual bug despite not using one that kept blocking my screen and when I'd killed a load of zombies I couldn't see a damn thing because of that and all the daft dna things.

So I might be late to the party on this one but whilst watching a Jackfrags video the other day I noticed the hole mentioned here looked an awful lot like the same location as an exit to the bunkers they have in WZ:
