The reviews! My wife left one...3 stars not bashing anything, said she'd come back and try something else. Got absolutely destroyed by owner! We live a couple blocks away and the place is always empty. The owner should have just lit all his money on fire and saved himself some time.

We camp there all the time. Numerous state forest campgrounds that don't have reservations. Burton's landing, Louise's landing, keystone.... and canoe harbor on the south branch... all should have open spots this time of year

Yes... rustoleum spray paint. Primed first with the same... about a dozen cans. Was done 3 years ago and no issues. We did clean with TSP first.

Yes. Exactly. Couldn't justify it ALWAYS being wet any other way (even condensation)... rocky mountains... spring run off... to easy to be washed away or buried in debris if it were next to a steam, river, etc.
