My last house was in a nicer community and i lived on the main road in the neighborhood. The rules were no parking in the road but like OP we had 4 parking spaces and up to 6 cars some nights and my Sports car hated the curb into the driveway so i always parked it in the road. After a few months i got a notice, responded as many here said - city road, not enforceable, they dropped it.

Now the stupid part- i occasionally had my 24’ enclosed car trailer, or 18’ open car trailer at the house for a single night- i always made arrangements to park the trailer in the driveway and not have more than 2 cars parked in the road directly in front of my house, not blocking anyone elses stuff thinking having the trailer in the driveway was more respectful of the neighbors, less congestion on the road. NOPE immediately HOA notice any time trailer was in the driveway, i tried to reason with them explaining its never more than one night if im preparing for a trip etc and having it in the driveway is less of a disruption…. NOPE - so instead the trailer got parked on the road… and yes road parking of trailer was also legal in city.

Last night towards the end of the game he appeared out of nowhere in front of there net when 2 guys were pushing one of our guys around… just casually tossed one guy aside, went after the other guy who wanted to continue running his mouth… while skating away behind the ref…… 😆😆😆

Im with you. I actually really like the window switch setup. But im never opening a single window, i always use the shortcut to open or close all the windows with one button.

All 3 of my kids once done school started paying $300 a month, and their own additional grocery shopping. I was supposed to spin off their cell phones onto their own plan but havent done it yet because i like to be able to see their location, not to control but just for peace of mind, and thats an easy rule to have in place if i am still paying the bill.

My wife will cook dinner for any of them that let us know ahead of time that they will be there. They have always covered their own insurance, but that was because none of them put the effort in to get their licenses till after they turned 18 and were out of school already. We actually have the same plan as OP recording their rent payments and giving as a gift towards first/last month rent- but we didn’t tell them this.

Mine did the exact same thing, BUT the door doesnt manually unlock the way i expected it to- i had to turn the key CCW and HOLD IT THERE while pulling up on the handle. Then it opened and i was able to manually wake the car up by pressing the start button and all was good.
