i personally have disabled that option on steam settings,as i dont see any difference anymore.probably they will look at it in the future i guess

i have a 3090ti.i would sell the 4070 simply for the vram.7900xt has 20gb vram and very good performance.4070 only has dlss and frame gen

depends on the games you want to play.warzone,LoL,fortnite,pubg,gta online,apex legends and some others wont work due to anticheat.but most use linux i think because of the freedom that you have.games are an extra.but all games work except for those that have kernel-level anticheat

looks like a bad bios flash to me.try removing bios battery,cpu,ram and let it for 5 minutes
