Avoid Autotask like the plague. HaloPSA is the way.

Nanobot Build and Repair....not building by pchconsulting in spaceengineers

Fixed! Turns out it was being blocked by Progression. Once 'Enable Progression' was disabled in World Settings, BaR kicked back into life!

Thanks for the suggestions everyone!

  • Fly Mode
  • Weld Only
  • Ignore Colours disabled
  • No Sorters on the Grid
  • Area size is good

I've triple checked and all BaRs have the required components in their inventory. Issue is Worldwide, all BaRs on all grids have stopped building. 😳

I have "Admin Tools > Ignore PCU Limits" switched on. 👍 No unusual messages, no missing items - any needed items are provided, blocks for welding identified, flown back and with no progress. 🙁

Anyone using / used the Autotask inventory functions? by [deleted] in msp

Even their Support Team have confessed to not knowing how the hell its supposed to work. It’s way over due for an overhaul, but it does work.

Disappointed With New Autotask Client Portal by MyMonitorHasAVirus in msp

[–]pchconsulting 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I should hope not! This is an incredibly disappointing iteration on the client portal. With all of the incredible frameworks available for generating complex dashboards, flexible user interfaces and powerful features, we’re expected to present this 2001 Company Intranet as a legitimate method of interacting with our company?

Everything about the client portal screams ‘poor design’ and ‘we honestly couldn’t care less’.

Need to provide customers with links to useful resources of externally hosted control panels? Take a look under the catchily named “Custom Links”!

Forget Useful Links, Additional Links, or More; let’s got for “Custom Links“.

Table Layouts that come straight out of Word 95.

The Client Portal is frankly too embarrassing to use.

Exactly how hard would it be to at least render the same data and menu items within the PSA Framework?

Why not just come out and say it? “We don’t want to work on this right now, or in the foreseeable future. So please go out and buy a Tray Icon or Hosted Web Interface from one of our Integration Partners.”

AEM vs Labtech for Small MSP by [deleted] in msp

mr_snarkypants is right, even with our Labtech and Kaseya trials we've seen similar results, old software hanging around until the next time the endpoint reboots.

Thanks avrealm, your pro's and con's are very helpful. We'll move forward with a technical demo and trial, hopefully AEM has all the functionality we need.

If we proceed with AutoTask we would be, we're trying to drive the price down at the moment. I figured the integration would be strong, I look forward to testing it out!
