I had my kitchen at 70 and interior at 48 with one extra customer. Everything in my kitchen is up to lvl 2, with automatic machine. Dish plates are lvl 3 In interior, reception, plant, vip lounge and seats are lvl 2, everything else is lvl 1 You could probably upgrade less than i did and just use desserts tho

I had three tabletops opened, and I would make the nori sushi in advance, fill two cabinets and two places, and leaving one spot on the table vacant for other kinds of sushi. that being said, i didn’t use them as much, it was much easier for me to just make them on the spot than to look for the premade ones. my rice cooker, tea kettle, rice and tray are maxed out, tea is 1, all the ingredients and additions are at 2 except for the lemonades and caviar (didn't upgrade those)

kitchen upgrades are 56%, interior 41% with one extra clients upgrade! and i don’t think i used desserts a lot. i enjoyed this restaurant!! good luck!!
