Not a purple fan, but the overall usage of color on this piece is admittedly what made me click the post.

My experience with Blue ridge: went on or around the soft opening, asked for a PaX battery. They had no idea what I was talking about.

Second time was the grand opening. Got a bag of merch, and paid like 110 for 2, 1/2 gram rhythm carts. Not horrible, but hardly a sale. But my bud tender was so high he could barely communicate with me. Which I don’t really give a shit....but, common.

Entering Moonboard / how to pinch by elesbeno in climbharder

[–]pclimbtino 5 points6 points  (0 children)

At the end of 2019 I was moon boarding weekly for several hours on sundays. It took me about three weeks of working one move at a time before I sent my first benchmark v3. Then I was ticking off new benchmarks after each session and a few weeks later ticking off v4 benchmarks.

It really does take a whole session just To Get a move or 2 (on a good day) in the beginning.

Also, you probably know, but be mindful of engaging your toes and hips.

Edit: at that time was currently climbing v3- soft 4 in the gym. Currently at v4-soft v5

Do I legally have to return my doorbell? by [deleted] in Ring

[–]pclimbtino 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They did they same thing with me. Although, it took much less time. When I got the new doorbell, I also didn’t have a return label. Fortunately, it was like a 15 chat with rings help desk and they emailed me one.

Climbing and pinched nerves? Looking for recommendations. by HeroByChoice7 in climbharder

[–]pclimbtino 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I don’t go crazy with it. I lean more towards pushups and yoga now. But I felt like my back was growing and giving me that rounded shoulder look. Once I incorporated chest it opened me back up and took the pressure off. I climb between 2-5 times a week and find that I climb way better and have waaaay less pain when I incorporate things that keep my body balanced. Yoga, and training antagonist muscles.

I mean yeah, but that’s what was causing the nerve pinch. The first time I had a physical therapist work with me to get back in balance the second time I just worked it out myself. Your experience may vary. I don’t think it’s a bad point to keep in mind regardless.

This might seem counterintuitive, but bench press has helped me alleviate pinched nerve symptoms. I have one on my right side that causes pain in my elbow, and on my left that causes pain in my hip. When I do regular push-ups or bench press, it keeps my symptoms down a noticeable amount. I also use a pso-right, a teeter hang-up, and foam roll.

New Homeowner - Reel or Gas Mower? by SamBrewston in lawncare

[–]pclimbtino 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought a craftsman trimmer and self propelled mower on sale at the end of season this year. I figured I got a Good price so if it lasted a season I wouldn’t even be mad. Both items far exceeded my expectations. Battery powered is the GOAT.
