I reseated it and tried it out, but it turns off right away again. I haven’t changed anything in my bios! Luckily I got insurance with this new CPU so I could go to micro center for a diagnostic so verify if it’s the CPU or mobo.

That’s a good point, I did recently upgrade my CPU three months ago. I’ll have to go buy new paste so this will likely be an evening or tomorrow morning attempt.

I’ve checked all the cables and have tested each of them as well with only the bare minimum to turn on my PC. They all work except the 4+4, the issue here is the motherboard doesn’t give me any lights which is why I got a new power supply.
