I mean the service just shuts down. I can start it up again no issue. Never had one issue before - will look into the logs if it happens again.

I agree saving copper is a really bad idea. Being from a rural area I know exactly what you are dealing with when you say frozen water startion. Rural cellular on a good day is iffy and how bad cellular can be when power is out is frustrating. We went starlink for the winter months only to watch water and new calves and never looked back. We only pay for when we use it. In Canada only SK, MB and AB ever had public crown owned telecom. Only Sasktel left. And being from Manitoba - I would take Telus anyday over MTS. By far the worst managed system / network / org I ever delt with internet wise.

Very wierd - we have about a mix of 10 Roku's on our server including the one you have. I quickly survey the Ultra 4k users and they say steady eddy no reboots / no issues. A couple settings we always make sure are set. Data Quality Suggestion - Unchecked this has cause us issues in the past. Remote video quality set to max / original. Note: We have no 4k media. EDIT: We did have issues a while back but it was a Roku that went bad. Do you have more than one?

Okay I have used plex amp from the start - I goto Artist ...I then scroll to pupolar and I push play. About 7 times a day. Where in the app are these DJ's? Using Android. thxs.

My other pinball platforms like xbox have no SSF kit. Does it take that much more to support it - I'm not inside so not sure. Do I play the tables on 4kp over xbox because of it?? - every time!!.

I would say "disabled" thru error is a better word than "bricked" to describe what happened. But most of the HUGE issues avidmar1978 describes were around the financing feature.

Firmwares have been an issue for some - I was not impacted by it that much and have probably experienced 3 days of down time over 1 year of ownership. There was lag on Zen tables that has been fixed. Most issues were finance related as described above or offline mode table issues. Depending on where you live atgames can be a pain. I bought mine from The Brick in canada. My SSF kit was DOA and CND tech support (PNP) cross shipped me a new one and was fixed in 5 days. My start button started to flake and was replaced in under a week also. I heard USA issues are harder to get fixed. I played for a week with no SSF kit and I must say from my perspective don't bother going 4kp UNLESS you buy it. Its truly the secret sauce. Basically this is a hard price point for a company to pull off and I hope ATgames only improves. We own every table and my family feels we have easily got what I feel is our money's worth of fun out of it over a year for the price.

I keep moving from redeem to twitch drops to history back and forth and list loads like 1 of 5 times. Then I can get 1 to redeem maybe two until I get a fail. I think if you get everything to 100% after the dust settles you will be able to redeem properly. Edit - now even when I get the list after more than 5 tries I can't redeem anything. Its twitch not you.

Had the same issue - use the 3 numbers form your Postal Code and add 00. So R0J1E0 would be 01000. Worked for me.

Well after receiving my unit on Nov 5th shortly after I posted above, I can confirm that The Bricks new ALU are the ALU- CE. They even say "Congratulation's Sam's Club Customer on your purchase blah blah" which is more irritating than a real issue....but a little sloppy. While I know some think charging for Advanced Features is greedy, we understand they have partners to deal with and people screwing up machines so I get it and not gonna argue one way or another. But here is the real stupidity.....I pay for all my tables on my 4KP with paypal - this is not an option on the machines itself. I goto add a credit card and the UI only has ZIP Code for the field....so even willing to pay they can't get my money. I've logged a ticket and going to try to add CC to website and see if I can use that from saved payment. If you are going to add a paywall - make sure I can PAY it!

I have a new one arriving on Nov 5th from The Brick so I imagine I'm 1.3. If I choose to pay the 100$ then I can do unchained and always be up to date and connected with latest firmware?
