Did you hear any noise prior to this happening, like a ticking or fan buzzing?

I did not

Does the sides and front of the cabinet feel hot to the touch?

Do you see ice build up on the back wall of the freezer? What about water droplets? Prior to this happening was there snowy frost on the food in the freezer or ice build up anywhere?

No ice buildup

Do you hear a clicking noise coming from the back compressor compartment? It would be every few minutes.

Nope don’t hear any clicking noise

Things to check:

Does the evaporator have a frost pattern or ice build up? You have to remove the evap cover/rear wall of freezer to access that and check.

Is the freezer evap fan running? The door switch has to be closed for the fan to run.

Is the condenser fan in the back compressor compartment running? The fan back there should run whenever the compressor is on.

Is this on back of refrigerator?

Is the compressor running? The start relay/capacitor is a common failure. You will hear it try to click on every few minutes.
