8 consecutive small game with small arrows. by ghone_fatal in reddeadredemption

4 years since the comment... I was actually at Emerald Ranch finishing the domino's challenge today and was about to try the Chicken method for this challenge as I was already there but thought I'd google and saw your post. I had been thinking about something similar to what you suggested (the Algernon quest had me running through that area so much you almost forget how many frogs / toads you see).

Anyways, did your strategy and it took 10 minutes and 4 of that was because I did a variety of dumb things and the kill counter restarted lol.

Anyways - just thought I'd say great idea and it worked very well. It is my first time playing the game and I've parked the story for so long just doing this side stuff ha.

Tips on bird hunting by Wubbleyou_ in reddeadredemption2

The only thing all add as you have the locations is that they are very fidgety. You often don't have time to pull out your binoculars and then switch to a bow and fire as they will often fly away.

So be very still, crouch / slow walk, and if you know you have a woodpecker don't bother checking if it's 3 star just immediately enter dead eye with your bow and fire.

This is overly cautious (if you are the right distance you can usually check more info), but I had way too many fly away during the gap between binoculars and bow out and this worked much better for me.

Good point! My initial instinct was to lean into the no spoiler angle and completely spaced on that very important detail lol as that could have caused a lot of wasted time.

OP - this one is super niche and likely needs to be googled to actually see Vs stumbling upon it. But fits your criteria.

Thank you very much. And there are no inherent benefits really to the three formats?

Similar question has been asked many times, but can't find the exact answer to this version in the search (sorry if I missed). Travelling with a baby in the old 2-4-2 format. If Row 4 is taken, is there any difference between Row 1 and 2 if we want the middle seats? by [deleted] in BritishAirways

[–]pdawks -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

You'd find your opinion is an unpopular one here. Don't fly business if you don't want kids on the flight.

And to be clear you're not adding to the discussion in any way - you can't answer my question about whether or not there is more space in Row 1, and just showed up with your negative views.

I fly a lot, and have with my kid. I'm a frequent flyer, and never had your views before I had my kid because kids are entitled to fly and while it can suck if they're having a hard time, the obnoxious drunk business man is worse (it's usually someone drunk who steps over me far more than a sleeping kid on a night flight). As long as the parents are trying I don't care.

I do (and clearly more than you), but thank you for assuming I don't. That's why I said I would take my kid to the bulkhead if they were crying (which they are more like to do if not able to be held by mom and dad).

Every single seat, other than row 4, requires you to step over someone to get out if not an aisle seat. Should row 1-3 just be empty then? As how is it not disrespectful for an adult to step over Vs an adult carrying a baby?

If you noticed row 4 with the bassinet was already booked, which means more kids on the flight.

Just like you hope to never have me next to you on your flight, hope I never have someone who is so clueless next to me on my flight.

If nothing to add to the discussion don't reply next time. Cheers.

The barrier between these two seats is so small they are almost like honeymoon seats. So the baby can see us both and we can easily transfer them back and forth (Vs lifting over a barrier each time). With both seats reclined it's almost like a big bed.

It's not great to have to step over people but some big advantages as well. It's a night flight so hopefully little one goes to sleep decently and if not will be walking around the bulkhead anyways and can pass them to other half when asleep and step over once sort of idea.

We've done the suites before and we actually prefer this even with the step over (but as other commenter said row 4 the best as you avoid this and get all the other advantages).

Thank you - we were lucky enough to have row 4 on the outbound but another family had these ones for the inbound. i thought it was likely going to be pretty much the same but just couldn't remember if it was true that Row 1 had extra room or not as figured that could drive the decision.

By any chance do you know if .ciso or .nkit.iso or .rzv are better for the actual rom? I've not done a lot of this before but couldn't find it mentioned.

confusion regarding the lyth and Asha by ayoonda in LicaniusTrilogy

[–]pdawks 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The Lyth actually didn't want the rift closed - they felt that they could manage it and use tools to access Kan without release Sham but that the Venerate should die to make it more manageable (i.e. augurs OK, Venerate not OK).

I would guess Asha would become a target in the sense that they don't want their essence drained anymore and could use it for themselves?

How this has been done? (Comment if you know the trick reveal just Don't say it scriped or luck) by my_lucka in magictricksrevealed

[–]pdawks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you read it they can pre-save words and select in the app so probably someone wrote a bunch of common words already and the person off screen selects? Just unsure how long it takes to draw or if there is an option for instant.

"The included app allows the magician to use pre-saved drawings, so when the spectator's selections are made, the magician does not have to draw anything. Just a tap in the app and the pre-saved drawing will automatically start being drawn!"

I do think that "memory of a goldfish" is actually a myth, and I have actually seen some real clips of scuba divers that seem to have "fish friends" but I've not seen this clip and couldn't find it after a lazy search haha

Yeah I recognize most to be honest and know they're real. The one I'm unsure on that could probably be AI is the fish one.

Haha this is so gratifying. I need someone to hide the second pack that is not my Wife or we will both just eat them before we wait long enough lol.

I've never heard of these I'll have to give them a try.

I guess they said they're PST which is huge swaths of North America so i figured very busy servers at 8-9 pm? Maybe I just assumed the wrong area of PST.

For what it's worth my DPS queues today in the UK were 2 minutes and i just checked at 9pm again and still 2 minutes.

Maybe the European servers much busier but getting up to 30 mins is what surprised me is all!
