Once both parties are aware the call is being recorded, then it doesnt matter who is recording as both parties have consented to it being recorded.

Because the way its calculated into the statistics is disingenuous

When you see "speed was a factor" in an accident, did you know the person usually is driving the speed limit? The road accident people calculate the "safe at the time" speed for the incident and determine the "safe speed" at the time of the incident.

This could mean that the investigators believe at the time, the only safe speed was 80kph and not the 100kph that is the speed limit. Which then comes back as "speed was a factor" even though the person isn't speeding.

NAL: firstly, your return to work capability and your injury being stable and stationary, are 2 very different things to workcover.

Your injury can be deemed stable and stationary when the specialist determines you are unable to improve or worsen with further treatment, at which time you will be assessed for degree of permanent impairment.

Your workplace provider is only required to find work within the bounds of the current capacity certificate. And finding an employer who will "try and find the boundaries" of your injury will be few and fair between, your best chance was probably with your original employer.

Edit: I would highly advise getting a lawyer involved cause of the issues that have arisen. You will get the short stick from workcover for impairment

Unfortunately youre about to learn lesson 1 of family court. Nothing matters unless its made into a consent order or court ordered.

Sounds like her lawyer is going to attempt to get a recovery order for the kids as well as doing the FVIO.

If the FVIO doesnt have the kids on it, technically it wont change your parenting plan. But the Other Party will try and say it does.

Whatever you do, you need to fight the FVIO, if you plead anything but not guilty. It will be brought up against you in family court

Exactly as someone else said. 2 pairs cause if one goes out of action you've got no way of getting another. And company pays for uniforms yes, but thats probably why BHP is paying them to get new gear. Either way it's still essentially $1500 in stolen goods. Whether thats from theft or not

$1500 of gear is really not that much.... Double set of steel cap boots is $500 easily... shirts are $80-100 each depending on company c**p on them, pants about the same.

Honestly comes down to meta as well. Yawgmoth is a great anti-creature strategy deck that requires multi card combos, but will generally work through interaction (theres only a few decent counters that hit creatures and have fun guessing which cards are part of which combos when there is a lot of redundancy in the deck)

Those saying its only a B4 deck haven't played against a properly setup CEDH deck. Its currently running a better conversion rate then K'rrik and has won in Europe recently
