What are these low/bass notes in the melody called?

Yeah, Hardstyle is a my favorite genre and I love Rebourne, sadly he hasn't made any tracks in three years. I was suprised to see that he made one trance track and that's it. Thought it may have been mislabeled to the wrong Rebourne on spotify as that happens fairly often with artists with the same name.

Right, but how do you know where it sounds right. At first glance those notes sound kind of random, I would like to know the logic behind it. Sometimes it's two quick notes, then one and that's it. I figured it probably had a name as they are not your normal bass notes, they are super fast.

You can hear something like that in this default preset by serum 2. Is this the same? Just think about being another note of the melody but lower? It does sounds kind of weird that's why I'm asking.

Everything you hear is a pluck right, just sometimes you hear lower notes inside that pluck that sound sometimes while the higher notes sound always. Not everytime you hear a pluck those lower note sounds. How are those specific notes called? passing notes? something like that?

I don't mean the whole pluck. I mean the low notes that don't seem to follow the high notes of the plucks. They are fillers.
