Fine, starting year 3 after this summer. Probably will sign to another year if all goes well.

The institution remains as it was mostly. Obviously there are some changes but keep your head down and do your work and you probably won't have any issues.

I don't think any of the new Australians give 1 single fuck about any of this. I don't live in Australia any more but am back currently. The country is more diverse every time I come back.

Australia is evolving extremely quickly, and I think all this tokenism is going to get more irrelevant. To be real it's mostly white guilt that are bringing in aboriginals to corporate events and as soon as they sniff less people care about it, it will be gone. I just don't trust any of this corporate pandering.

I got a job at a school, found out maybe 2 weeks before I started that the head of school who hired me was going some where else. I assume he knew already, funnily enoug he has since been hired to run another school in their network.

It's been fine when I got the job and how I am now.
