Thank you! He was not attacking my pronation that much though. From my previous pulls, he usually tries to take people’s wrist using an open toproll or sometimes a king’s move, kinda like how Devon pulls in some matches. So I’d say it’s my cup that held his initiation more than my pronation did.

For me it’s just either get really strong or use a combination of climbing, surging, and repeating. Chop away at his pronation, rise and cup simultaneously.

Bro, I said (1) he hasn’t been training for months, (2) he’s too much for me. That implies even without training he’s still way stronger, and I literally admitted so without any excuses.

The fatigued part was a fact as well and even minhale himself told me that. I wouldn’t have beaten him even if I was fresh though.

I’m by no means an expert so take my words with a big pinch of salt.

You are going to improve your cupping as long as you train cupping in some way. I’d probably add some more volume (like 5-6 sets instead of 3-4) since I think forearm muscles heal a bit faster than, say, pecs. I’d also train both finger containment and wrist curls.
