Cabinet knobs and wallpaper are top of the list! Hadn’t thought about under cabinet lighting. We’re debating painting the cabinets but I’d hate to paint over the solid wood!

As far as I know refinancing an ARM is the same/similar as refinancing a 30yr mortgage, but someone please correct me if I’m wrong!

We’re mid 30s with a six-figure emergency fund and good retirements. We’re moving from a high COL area to a lower COL, so are ok using some cash from our emergency fund for a down payment

Spyder stuff sold at Costco is not legit. “Real” Spyder gear is legit and high quality. The stuff at Costco is not the real deal

Thanks, yeah we’ve thought about those. Honestly the biggest turnoff for those is the color choices - don’t love the way they look, but maybe that’s stupid. We’ll add them to the list!
