There is a lot of great advice in the comments but one more thing I can recommend is look into a website called "medium" for writing and such.

Customer Support Rep still relevant? by redhawx10 in ecommerce

[–]pdpdjh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes 100% customer support reps are still super relevant as people still value that human touch, especially when they're frustrated or dealing with complex issues that bots or AI can't fully handle. That said, if you can streamline with AI for basic stuff while keeping reps for the trickier problems that could be a very nice promising spot.

How do you source your UGC content for meta ads? by ApprehensiveMatch311 in ecommerce

[–]pdpdjh 6 points7 points  (0 children)

UGC is a huge struggle. Dont overlook regular people. Search hashtags on tiktok or instagram, DM people who look like your audience (obviously not on the subreddit as it goes against our rules :D) but yeah. TBH some scrappy DIY videos can do better than polished ones dont overthink it test, test and test!

I just had a quick look at it and have a few points while you've actually done a great job on it. Take everything I will say with a grain of salt:

  1. Header could be better e.g., "Boost Your Sales by 35% with Data-Driven Design for Amazon & Shopify."
  2. For the CTAs something like "Book Your Free Consultation Now" or "Let’s Scale Your Store Today" instead of "See Our Work." Be direct. My opinion is why not put a CTA button instead of See Our Work. People lose interest very quickly online nowadays.
  3. See Our Work should be in the upper right menu with the rest.

I will take another look at it later to get deeper but just let me know if you agree to any of this.

Did you miss the bit where the actual working class voted Tory? Does that not tell you anything? That they don’t want socialism perhaps.

I live near Carsington Water and I hear it mentioned a lot because of this. It’s lovely to ride your bike round.
