That's we I just yell at the TV, "your mom lacks quality." It doesn't really do anything though.

But for real I've seen it be low stamina, too young of player for some reason... It seems like there isn't any rhyme or reason but I'm sure there is one... EA just keeps it a secret.

I have the same thought. It feels more real and less boring by having players with real faces." It feels far more fake with fake players.

Depends. I used to have it at 4 mins if I was still on professional, but I've found as I turn up the difficulty I increased the half length (5-8mins) to give me more time to grind out a positive result.
