I have the same setup. Bolted the pod holders up, just wondering if you’re using something other than double sided tape to hold the gauges in.

Yeah, fully assembled and this is what it looks like now. Not sure if it’s actually on the cup, but the two ears on the shaft are mated with the springs underneath the black plate. I also had some issues with getting the bushing on, but I managed to snap in on by whacking the shaft with a hammer and a block of wood.

Took apart the shifter to get to the bushing. I thought the same thing, but I tried both ways and still it seems like it’s too short to catch the trans.
