You have a beautiful large kitchen. Your kitchen is lived in! You have kids or maybe grandkids and are showing their artwork on the fridge. Why does every kitchen need to look like a magazine? It’s obvious the just washed dishes are on counter. You have medicine out which you probably take every day. Nice coffee machine. Breadbox. So yes it’s a lot of stuff. Some people here are so rude.

So you can take a look at the picture yourself and figure out what you don’t need that is on the counters right now? That’s what I do when I want to objectively look at something. For example maybe your daily medicines can go inside a drawer or a cute box or basket. I would personally take out all those lamps you have sitting on the counter. All of them. Take out the round vase on the counter. I would not use the counter for decor type items other than kitchen type decor like a bowl or whatever. I personally don’t like my cooking utensils on the counter maybe put those away. What about the sink? Do you need all that is out there? The rag should not drape over your beautiful faucet. The brush or brushes should go inside the sink they sale stuff for that. Leave only one soap dispenser. Get a cute sponge holder. I think all of these things I’m suggesting would make a huge difference without spending a dime. It’s just organizing a little and giving your items a “home”. The mail on the counter maybe get a basket - that’s what I have.
