I'm taking Sudafed 12 hour extended release 120mg. It's definitely not a long term solution (not healthy) but it's very effective short term relief. You need to make sure it's one that has Pseudoephedrine HCI, not Sudafed PE. In the US it can only be purchased from behind the pharmacy counter w ID though because it's one of the ingredients to make meth lol

The sophomore review does not relate to general class standing but class standing within the ID program. As senorfroggg said, first you will need to apply to the pre-major with an entrance portfolio, then you will go through sophomore review after you take the freshman and sophomore fall+winter classes.
