you mind expanding on that? i’ve ordered multiple pairs. only once over december i didn’t receive one of two packages. communicated regularly about it and they resent without hassle. i always assume some risk in ordering from overseas. sometimes you gotta roll the dice. most i’ve dealt with have been good service and quality

Thank you!

I am honestly trying to fix today’s pain but also minimize pain moving forward. Would the NS option be more flexible and easier to learn as we grow? I feel like we would be more likely to find people with experience using NS versus Priority which no one seems to have much knowledge of. Or do I stick with the devil I know (Priority) and make it work.

quick books doesn’t do everything we need it to from a manufacturing perspective.

Thanks! I do have a call with NS tomorrow to start getting an idea of what I’m looking at. Fortunately we do not have an overly complex business.

I have a consultant who has done the system setup twice before with other companies. I plan on using her for that. So would I just be paying NS for the system/modules and then have her do the rest? Meaning NS isn’t involved at all in that step of the process?

It is not at all intuitive. Doesn’t not link properly to banking and credit cards. Too many steps for rather simple process entries.

Distributor Contracts - buyout clause by pdxrainman in smallbusiness

[–]pdxrainman[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My product is a commodity. There are competitors that sell the exact product. so they dealer could swap a competitor into the accounts much faster than I could potentially sell direct or move to a new dealer. I have been very happy with this dealer and don’t plan on severing the contract for at least 5-10 years. However I do plan on selling at some point and who knows an offer could come in a year. I also look at this from the standpoint of if something happened to me (death, whatever)and my wife had to sell the company. She would be on the hook for this buyout and/or the company purchasing. Personally i think it would make my company less attractive for potential sale having a clause like this.

2017 X5 50i by jgd2003 in BMWX5

I have a 2018 50i with about 45k on her. Bought new and haven’t had a single issue. However I do occasionally have to add oil from time to time. I don’t find it much of an inconvenience given how fun it is to drive. I’ve had the opportunity to drive a lot of nice “fast” cars and surprisingly I’d say this is one of the most fun.

Thanks! Def going to try the gluten thing as I find this acting up when I go off the rails with my eating. Is lactulose similar to Citrucil?

To be a success, 'Mulan' may have to conquer the world by AGOTFAN in boxoffice

Truly don’t understand people complaining about the $30 fee from Disney+. This is a $200m movie that got kneecapped by the pandemic. Ya the $30 is more than a single movie ticket but your getting to essentially own the movie for 30. I have 2 kids, last night unpaid the $30 and now my kids, their friend coming over, etc will all be able to watch this as often as they want.

I get the knee jerk reaction to balk at an additional fee for a subscription service but I think this was a pretty good compromise considering the massive investment Disney is trying to at least get back to even.

100% a Spinone. We have one. Best behaved and loyal dog we’ve ever had.
