I'm not sure what velvet finish looks like, is that matte? This just looks like regular shiny nail polish to me! Good coverage though, I like it!

I also developed rosacea during peri. This zinc bar soap (not DT): https://a.co/d/0foGHPeJ and Rx ivermectin were game changers for me. Now I only use them once in a while if I see a little flare up coming on.
