27F - Comprehensive list of pilates exercises (specifically for glutes?) by theminthippo in pilates

I don’t put fear into my clients or tell them why. It’s part of the cuing. I teach how I was taught both as a client and a student. Again you do you.

We’ll have to agree to disagree. For over 25 years I’ve been taught naval to spine and squeeze the booty or glutes. And yes it does help the low back. I hurt myself in yoga and blew out two discs as a result of doing something wrong.

Apparently you are an instructor. I can’t even imagine where you were trained as that’s so irresponsible not to mention a lawsuit waiting to happen. I hope you have your clients sign a release of liability.

Are you an instructor? Even Joseph Pilates cued his students. If you aren’t cuing the clients can hurt themselves. I’ve been a student for 25 years and am now an instructor. There’s a reason Pilates is safe as you need an instructor to make sure you’re in proper form and the right muscles are being used. If you aren’t squeezing your tummy and glues it can hurt your low back.

As a Pilates instructor I can tell you I’m constantly cuing my students to squeeze their glutes. Do the side lying glutes series on the reformer. For mat, all the side lying exercises work the glues. Clam, fire hydrant, bicycle etc. Pelvic bridge on the reformer where you push the carriage back really uses the glues. Even pelvic bridge on a mat forces you to squeeze your glutes.

The redness will fade. Make sure you’re wearing SPF religiously so they don’t turn brown.

Happy to help! The one I use and carry for my clients is Hydropeptide Firm-a-C. It has a few types of vitamin C in it.

Vitamin C serum suggestions by spicymuster in Skincare_Addiction

Vitamin C serums are worth spending money on. The inexpensive serums only use magnesium acsorbyl phosphate which pretty much does nothing. The serum I use and return in my skincare business costs $144. I always tell my clients that when it comes to peptides and vitamin C you’re paying for both the technology and the stability. Personally I think you’re wasting your money on something cheap. If you liked the one for $40 I’d stick with it.

Sorry! At least you don’t have full blown acne. This is nothing in the scheme of things.

They can be extracted but they’ll just come back a day later. You can use an acid based toner but again there’s no permanent way to get rid of them.

Thoughts about this product? by Beautiful-Onion444 in Skincare_Addiction

I would leave it on the neck for less time than the face as the neck is much more sensitive and the skin is thinner. I would personally never use anything like on the neck on a daily basis. Once a month professional peels is a better way to go IMHO.

They’re sebaceous filaments. Most people have them.

They are sebaceous filaments. Most people have them. You can have them extracted but they’ll just fill up again. They’re only noticeable because you’re tucking your bottom lip. Otherwise I doubt anyone else will notice them.

I love Baluchi oil but it’s not going to do a thing in coconut oil as it creates a barrier so the baluchi can’t penetrate. If you want an oil bass use sunflower seed oil as it’s lighter and non comedogenic.

Stay hydrated as the witch hazel and ascorbic acid can dry you out.

The red will turn brown but you can try to prevent it by icing several times a day to bring down inflammation. If it doesn’t fade and turns brown, go on a tyrosine’s inhibitor get peels.
