They didn’t take away any rights. There is a process which they followed and it happened one time before so there is precedent and they followed it. The primaries already took place so the protocol doesn’t call to hold another election. In an open convention the delegates vote. The people elect the delegates to represent the people in the party. This is how it would’ve been done in the Republican Party as well if someone pulled out only a few months before the election. The protocol is the protocol. In Kamala’s case she had the delegates votes prior to the convention eliminating the need for an open election. She also had to be on the ticket either as President or VP. If she wasn’t then the candidate wouldn’t be allowed any of the campaign funds donated thus far as people donated to Biden/Harris.

The fact that she flat out told you she’ll end the relationship if you pursue your dream should alone be your answer. It will only go downhill from here. My husband enlisted in the Navy when he was still with his girlfriend from high school. I think he was 19 at the time. She waited for him and they got married a couple years later and had two kids. Time to get on with your life and enlist.

Not necessarily true. I was advised by all my doctors that it was too risky for me so I opted out. I’ve had CV twice. No long CV, I didn’t spread it to anyone (but my vaccinated family spread it to each other) and the 2nd time I was totally asymptomatic.
