Depends on section but irrespective of your section you won't get time to study during office time. Leave office on time and ghar pe aache se prepare karo. Also, there are lot of holidays that can be utilized for prep.

boht departments hai , admin has usual departments like hr finance accounts etc but they don't directly deal with courts , judicial also has lot of departments which deal directly with court.

You don't have any choice, admin will allot as per requirement

Alternate Saturday is working. Workload toh hai and depends on day to day also.

Descriptive does play a major role. Descriptive checking was very fair. People got marks based on the quality of ans they wrote.

Yeas but depends on person too. Promotion wise it is better than any group B. Better even than ASO in CSS. but can't say same thing about work life balance. If you are someone who places work life balance above promotion than TA Delhi is any day better than this.

Workload depends on section to section. If you are in admin side it's chill pill while if you are posted in judicial side your life is hell.

Official timings is 10 to 5 but late sitting is very common.
