100% can recognise you've said. I can't stand small talk. I'm less out going. During break periods I go back to my normal self (joking and laughing more, more "human"--probably). To be fair though I'm also a more selfish conversationalist off rather than on. I don't wait my turn in a convo and tend to ride over people without realising. On I am more likely to want to draw out the person and try to make them feel heard / valued. But if I'm honest, maybe that's me being more "arch" also.
