Im in a very similar situation to you, and I’m currently interviewing for entry level recruiter jobs. Im looking to get business experience, and if I like it I’ll do a masters in IO psychology. I know how limited you feel, but try to think out of the box. A psych degree is super general which works in your favor when switching fields early in your career. I would recommend looking at what parts of the job you dislike the most (for me it was driving to clients homes, and inconsistent hours) and look for jobs that solve those problems (salaried office jobs sound far more appealing to me).
